We oversee and analyse your training, you do all the work.
Once you contact us we create a Framework. This is the overall programme structure giving you a month by month breakdown of how your programme will look - specific to your needs and goals.
The framework will provide the continuity and structure to link your daily sessions.
We rely heavily on communication and feedback from athletes to create appropriate programmes. Every week we will review training to date and go through upcoming training so that you understand your training.
